He clerked for a judge in Philadelphia and then joined ARA [now ARAMARK] in 1969. Asked to open the west coast division of their law department, he moved to Los Angeles in 1974. He finished his career with early retirement at 62. Frank entered into a relationship with his husband, Josh Brown, in 1975 and they were married in California in 2008. He is survived by his husband, sister, Sue Wiley [Sam] and many nieces and nephews who were dear to him.
