George C. Reeves Jr. Obituary
December 9, 1937 - March 24, 2016 George C. Reeves, Jr. died in hospice at his West Los Angeles home on Thursday, March 24th after a long bout with prostate cancer. His children, Dawn and Matthew were at his side. He was 78. During his lifetime he worked variously as a successful lawyer and business affairs executive at American International Pictures, the American Broadcasting Company, Intermedia Entertainment, Triad Talent Agency, and New World Television, as well as being a television producer and writer. In 1981 he wrote and produced the semi-autobiographical, Crazy Times, starring Ray Liotta, David Caruso, and Michael Paré. But dogs were his greatest passion, and he devoted much of his time and interest to the protection of animals. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the ASPCA.
