She flourished in selling real estate working for Shepard & Morgan Realtors in San Marino. While at Shepard and Morgan, Helen Grayce met George McNeish. They later married and enjoyed mutual companionship for many years. She will be remembered for her beauty, kindness and generosity to all. Helen Grayce was a devout Catholic and was an active member of Holy Family Church in South Pasadena. She cherished her trips to the Holy Land, and other inspiring destinations with Monsignor Connolly and the other Pilgrims. She especially loved being with her family. Taking family vacations with all of her children and grandchildren or a Sunday dinner at her house with everyone around the table was very important to her. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl Thompson Long Jr., her son, Carl Thompson Long III, her husband, George Miles McNeish, her sister, Sallie McKelvey, her brothers, Walter B.
