Helen Moler-Mallet Obituary
August 14, 1919 - August 1, 2016 Born in the early 20th century on a small farm in Saskatchewan, Canada, Helen was an artist from a young age. Her love of her discipline was supported by the courage and adventurous spirit of people from that era. At 18 years of age Helen boarded a bus unaccompanied with $100.00 of savings in her pocket. Her destination was Los Angeles, California, where she enrolled at The Art Center School of Design. Helen like many artists had many day jobs from teaching piano to working for one of the original giants in healthy nutrition, Adele Davis. Like many of her generation, Helen worked at Lockheed Aircraft supporting the people who were serving our country in World War II. During all those years Helen never lost her love of art. Her daily pursuit of her passion left not only her family but collectors around world with a rich and varied collection of exceptional art in numerous mediums. Helen's brush is now laid aside, but she and her marvelous artistic contributions live on in our hearts and in galleries around the world. She is survived by three sons, Ron Moler, Bruce Moler, and Roger Moler, plus five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
