May 26, 1977 - October 22, 2016 Jeffrey Ryan Bauer, our beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, godfather, and friend left us too soon on October 22 at Hoag Memorial Hospital in Newport Beach, surrounded by those he loved and those who loved him. He was 39 years old. Jeff was born and raised in Newport Beach, California. He graduated from Newport Harbor High School in 1995 and attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where his wings really started to grow. During his years at Georgetown, he also attended Oxford University for a summer program. Upon his graduation from Georgetown he went to live and work in San Francisco with a classmate and friend to follow a dream of building a music entertainment website. In 2001, Jeff enrolled in the UCLA Anderson School of Management and during that time he also attended ESADE Business School's MBA program in Barcelona, Spain. He received his MBA from UCLA Anderson in 2003. Upon completion of business school, Jeff spent the next decade gaining his stride and thriving while working at UTI Worldwide headquartered in Long Beach, CA. He began as a project manager in Madrid in 2003 and by 2013, he was UTI's Global Vice President. He decided to leave UTI in 2014 to follow his entrepreneurial spirit and co-founded the transformational outsourcing partnership company, Enshored, based in Manila, Philippines, where he was a managing partner. On top of giving his full attention to family, friends, and work commitments, Jeff served as an adjunct professor at Georgetown and a mentor at UCLA's Anderson School.
