October 26, 1930 - January 27, 2018 Julia was born in Tulsa, OK. Herman and Bertha Hutchins Mabrie delivered a beautiful high-spirited baby girl on October 26, 1930, in Tulsa, OK. She was the sixth child born of this union. Julia lived a full life and on January 27, 2018, was suddenly called home to rest. She was preceded in death by her parents Herman and Bertha, five brothers: Aaron, Herman Jr., Charles, Garnett, and LaSuere, and two sisters: Illa Jean and Betty Lou. She leaves to cherish her memory: sons Rev. Jewett L. (Sandra) Walker Jr. and Jon Eric (Susie) Davis, and three daughters Michelle Denise Walker, Ella Jane Yvette Walker, and Betty Rene (Lewis) Norman; a sister Violet; eleven grandchildren: Latitia aka Tish (Percy), Timothy, Kenneth, Sheree (Rev. Conner), Geoffrey, Jewett III, Tiffany-LaJoye, Cenae, Porsche, Justin, and Jason and extended grandson Jaxon; thirteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. She accepted Christ at an early age and was an active member of Christian Agape Circle Church. She truly loved God. Her funeral is Saturday, February 3, 2018. Viewing at 1:00 pm and Funeral at 2:00 pm at Angelus Funeral Home, 3875 Crenshaw Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90008.
