1943 - 2015 1943 - 2015 Karen Roberta Heine came into this world on December 6, 1943. She was the second daughter born to Bob and Marie Heine who resided in Inglewood, California. Karen attended Morningside High School in Inglewood, graduating in 1961. In high school, she enjoyed athletics and was GAA Song Queen. She attended El Camino JC and majored in Business leading to a secretarial position at McCollough. Karen went to work at Westlectric Casting, a family concern, where she rose to Vice President until the close of the business and her retirement. In 1994, Karen married Eugene Wolcott. They enjoyed traveling and being active in a variety of organizations including her Forever Friends, The Coyote Hills Couples Golf Club, The Retirees Golf Association, The Mile Square Ladies Golf Group, The Corvette Club and the Orange Co. Pick-ups, Lmtd. She enjoyed her family and friends, golfing, reading, going to movies, dancing, and working in her garden. Karen was diagnosed with fourth stage Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma in 2013. She lost her battle, passing from this earth on October 29th, 2015 at 1:30 A.M. with Eugene holding her hand. We will all miss Karen's smile that would light up a room and her easy laugh, the knowledge that she would be there to support us, listen to us, and laugh with us. She is survived by her husband, Eugene Wolcott; her bother John Heine and his wife Sondra; her grandson, Jeremy Buraglia; her step-son James R. Wolcott; her niece, Beth Hill and her family; and her nephew Brett Crain and his family.
