October 6, 1931 - October 15, 2015 Leo J. Nolte (Loyola High '49, Santa Clara University '53) passed away on Thursday October 15, 2015. He was a giant in the all-too-brief enlightenment of the mid-20th Century, playing Debussy on the piano, painting wonderfully and extensively, and helping to design spacecraft at Hughes that found their way to Jupiter, Venus and the Moon (Surveyor) - a modern Renaissance Man. He leaves behind his wife Gloria, his sister Mary Patricia, six children (Joe, John, Mike, David, Dan and Elizabeth) and four grandchildren (Melissa, Ana, James and Clara). Services are in Santa Fe, New Mexico, at Santa Maria de la Paz, 11 College Ave, Santa Fe, NM 87508, (505) 473-4200. Visitation 6pm and Rosary 7pm on Thursday Nov 5, Funeral Mass 10am Friday Nov 6. Burial at Rosario Cemetery, 499 North Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe, NM 87501, (505) 983-2322. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to www.michaeljfox.org We shall not see his like again.
