Marge M. Mureau Obituary
September 10, 1921 - August 14, 2017 Marge M. Mureau was born September 10, 1921 to Ruben and Mary (Wonka) Keely in Omaha, NE. She passed away on August 14, 2017 in Culver City. Her beloved husband Ted passed away in 1999, after 57 years of marriage. She is survived by her sister Phyllis Dewey, her sister-in-law Jovita Keely, her children Ted (Sally), Steven (Cheryl) and Mary (David), her four grandchildren Tim, Rache, Anne and Kelsey (Andy), and her great-granddaughter Natalie and many nieces and nephews. After WWII, Marge and Ted settled in the San Fernando Valley, where they raised their family of three. After the kids left home, she became active in the West Valley community. Marge was a longtime volunteer at West Hills Regional Hospital on the 4th floor. She also was a regular at the area's tennis courts. In addition she devoted a good deal of time to painting. Many of her paintings adorn homes and offices throughout Los Angeles. Special thanks to her caregivers at Sunrise Playa Vista and especially those at Marycrest Manor in Culver City where she spent the last two months of her life.
