January 17, 1928 - September 14, 2015 September 17, 2015- On Monday September 14, 2015, Marilyn Teresa Litten Levinson, 87, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully in her Los Angeles home surrounded by her two adoring daughters, Marcia Glousman and Cindie Page, and her grandchildren, Melissa Arbiter, Lindsay Glousman, Brandon Glousman, Alexis Langsdorf, and Brett Page. Marilyn's death follows that of her late husband, Martin Levinson, who passed away seventeen months ago. She will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, son-in-laws, Dr. Ronald Glousman and Dr. Scott Page, and her great grandchildren. Marilyn was blessed with five great grandchildren, which included two sets of twins, Max and Noa Langsdorf (2 ½ years old), and Dylan and Oliver Arbiter (15 months) as well as the eldest great grandchild, Hemmingway Page (3 ½ years old). Marilyn served as the family matriarch, who exhibited an unwavering loyalty and devotion to the family she is leaving behind. She guided her family with unconditional love, and authentic and direct advice, offering a sympathetic ear devoid of any judgment. She had a take charge personality, and faced every obstacle put before her with dauntless vigor and grace. Aside from her family, Marilyn served as a merchandiser in the garment industry, and was highly regarded for her exquisite beauty, charm, and business savvy. Her warmth, courage, quick wit, intelligence and unwavering loyalty will be greatly missed by those she leaves behind. Services will be held Thursday September 17 at 2:00 P.M. at Mount Sinai Memorial Park, Burbank.
