1952 - 2015 Obituary Condolences
February 16, 1952 - September 25, 2015 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Paul L. Schneider into eternal rest. Paul was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He earned his AA degree in Engineering at the Ohio College of Applied Science. He was married in 1973 and moved to Anaheim, California with his wife, Mary, a Navy nurse. He enjoyed careers at Fluor, where he worked on the Alaskan Pipeline, Parson's, Rapid Transit District, Metro Water District, and Metro Transit Authority. He is predeceased by his parents, Paul and Ruth Schneider, and his wife, Mary L. Schneider. He is survived by his son, Patrick B. Schneider, his sister, Eileen Heringer (John N. Heringer, M.D.), and their children Todd (Joanna), Bryce, John Paul (Sara), and Diana Heringer, and his two great nephew's Jaxson and Brennan. He is also survived by his brother-in-law, Tim (Joanne) Kelley, and their daughter, Jenny. Paul was beloved by many friends, work colleagues, and family. He was outgoing, friendly, quick witted and easy to get to know. He excelled at baseball and had a love for all sports and collecting sports memorabilia. He loved bowling, golf and deep sea fishing. Paul found humor in the presence of adversity and he enhanced the lives of those around him. He had a hearty laugh and touched the lives of many with his humor and plentiful supply of jokes both spoken and emailed, and that will be sorely missed. Please join us for a celebration of Paul's life on Sunday, October 18, 2015, at the Embassy Suites at 900 East Birch Street, Brea, CA 92821, from 3:00pm - 6:00pm. Paul will be buried alongside his wife at the Riverside National Cemetery. Services scheduled for 10/19/2015 at 11:15 AM.
