Trini Abellan Obituary
July 20, 1929 - November 14, 2016 Trini Abellan was born on July 20, 1929, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She enjoyed a successful career as a dancer, performing throughout South America, France, Portugal, and the United States. Ballet brought Trini and her husband Ricardo together - they fell in love and enjoyed 62 years of marriage in total devotion to each other until her passing on November 14, 2016. When Trini sustained injuries that precluded her from dancing professionally, she joined the Designer Salon at Saks Fifth Avenue. After 19 years at Saks, she was recruited to join the opening of the Chanel Boutique in Beverly Hills, where she developed a loyal following and forged friendship with many she met. Trini, beautiful both inside her heart and in her physical appearance, was a devoted and loving wife to Ricardo and a loyal and caring friend to all who knew her. She was graceful, charming, sophisticated, generous and kind. She was also a consummate artist and expressed her artistic skills in her dance, painting, and calligraphy. Ricardo, who watched over Trini and cared for her all of their years together, was by her side, embracing her, as her soul passed into the hands of God. Services will be held on December 8, at 10 AM, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Beverly Hills. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Trini's name will be appreciated by her family.
