William L. (Billy) Fulton Obituary
October 9, 1958 - October 23, 2016 Born in Burbank, California to George and Mary Fulton. Billy was their 4th son and the "baby" of the family, as his mother affectionately called him. He lived his whole life in the San Fernando Valley. Billy went to grade school at St. Francis Xavier in Burbank and high school at Verdugo High School. Billy worked for over 30 years as a stage hand and technical support staff with the IATSE, Local 33 Union in Southern California. Billy was a kind and very generous person, helping others when he could. After taking an early retirement for disability in 2011, he enjoyed watching lots of football (evidence by his many, many sports channels on television) and spending time with his mother. His passions in life were music, especially music from the 1970's eras. One of his favorite artist was Neal Young. He enjoyed talking about his history during that time of his life. He loved all animals and supported the ASPCA. He always looked forward to seeing Dee and her miniature Italian Greyhounds, who would visit Billy often. Billy is preceded in death by his father, George, his brother Michael, and his brother Brian. He is survived by his Girlfriend of 40 years, Dee Jackson, his mother Mary, his brother Timothy, his nephews Paul, John, David, and Nick. He also leaves 5 great-nieces and 3 great-nephews who will all miss him. Services were held on October 27 and 28th at St. Francis Xavier.
