William Klein Obituary

Klein, William R. (a.k.a. William Bryant) Passed away June 26, 2001, in Woodland Hills, CA. Bill served with immense pride in the Army-Airforce during WWII. He was assigned to the 100th bomb group (Bloody 100th) where he served on a B-17 and completed an incredible 31 missions over Europe. After serving his country, Bill diligently pursued a career in Hollywood as an actor. Spanning over 40 years, he had roles in numerous movies and television series. His distinctive voice was heard on many familiar radio and television commercials. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Patricia; son Josh and wife Deanna; daughters Jennifer and Dana; grandchildren Chad, Dustie and Jayce; as well as numerous special friends and relatives whose lives Bill abundantly enriched. In lieu of flowers, send donations to Maxine Dunitz Neurosurgical Inst., KC Miller at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, 8700 Beverly Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90048. Crawford Mortuary at Oakwood, Funeral Directors.
