Doris Kramer Obituary
June 5, 1934 - March 14, 2011
Adored wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, (Dory) died in a car accident on March 14, 2011 at the age of 76. She was born in Brooklyn, New York. At age 16 she met Judd Kramer on a blind date, New Years Eve, 1952. They married two years later and celebrated her 58th anniversary last July. Dory is survived by Judd, sister Michelle, children Kevin, Wendy, Lisa and Jonathan, and grandchildren Destine, David, Samuel, Jordan, Brooke, Ryan, Paige and Brianna. She touched many lives with her kindness, warmth, volunteer work and spirituality. A talented artist, she won several awards for her arts and crafts. A fabulous cook, devoted mother and grandmother, and an avid reader with a boundless intellectual curiosity, she will be deeply missed, but will live on in our hearts forever. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 20th at 2:30 pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90068. A celebration of her life will follow at 4:00 pm at Ramseys at the Club, 6711 Forest Lawn Drive, Toluca Lake, CA 90068.
