Bob. A man of Integrity and Compassion. You always treated everyone with respect no matter their title or position. From the one who picked up trash to the one that ran the City. Thank you my friend , I pray for your Robin and family daily. God speed see you in Heaven my friend.

Charles was a genuinely kind man who even in the few brief conversations I had with him was always thoughtful and interested in what was going on with me and my business.
He will be missed by many but remembered by far more.
