Rosalee Clipper Obituary

Rosalee H. Clipper was born in Las Cruces, N.M. on Nov. 19, 1915 to Daniel A. and Ollie M. Hibler. She went to school and graduated in Las Cruces. After graduation, she left Las Cruces and went to Houston, where she met and married Henry Jackson, Jr. They had two daughters, Gloria R. Bulloch and Ollie E. Jacksons. She married Louie O. Clipper, who preceded her in death in 1972. Over the years Rosalee worked as a domestic and later worked at First National Bank of Las Cruces, (now Wells Fargo Bank) where she retired in 1966. After retirement, Rosalee traveled with loved ones to Alaska, Hawaii, various cities in Texas and Missouri. In 1994, she moved to Kansas City, Mo. with her granddaughter, Terri Hunt, where she resided until moving to El Paso with her daughter, Gloria in 2008. Rosalee studied her bible daily and loved going to church, when she was able. Her grandchildren called her "Nana." In recent years, everyone she met also called her "Nana." Rosalee leaves five grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Today we celebrate her long life with loving memories in our hearts forever. The family of Rosalee H.
