Aaron Hudson passed away suddenly on March 18 in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Predeceased by brother Nathan in 2000. Survived by son Kaden; daughters Kailyn and Zabreena, all of Las Cruces; mother, Pamela; father, Andrew; sisters, Daun and Becca; nieces, Isabelle, Haley, Brianna and Aurora; nephew, Chance; grandmother, Dessie; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Aaron was born in Cherry Point, North Carolina, in August 1982 to a military family that moved across country from North Carolina to California and then to Oregon. At age 11, he moved with his mom, brother and sister to Las Cruces, where he later attended Las Cruces High School and then Dona Ana Community College, where he studied to become an automotive technician.
When Aaron wasn't working on vehicles (or racing them), you could find him out in the desert four wheeling or cliff climbing. The meaning behind the name Aaron is "mountain of strength." He was definitely a strong person and would help his family and friends even if he couldn't afford to do so. Aaron will always be remembered as a great and loving father, brother, son and friend.
At 5 p.m. today, March 24, friends and family are invited to a potluck and funeral gathering at Young Park to remember Aaron out in the nature that he loved. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to help pay for final expenses.
