Alessandra, 32, passed away February 27, 2018, in Denver, CO.
Allie graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2008, the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2012, and became a board-certified pediatrician in 2015. She was in fellowship at the University of Colorado Children's Hospital, pursuing a career as a Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician.
While in Denver, Allie was heavily involved in fitness and had many gym families, including FitLo and Atherial Aerial Yoga.
Allie is survived by her husband, Brenton Yancey; parents, Mauricio and Sheri Barreiro; brother, Christian (Mery) Barreiro; Kathy and Robert Yancey; Becky Brady; and Avery Lampkin.
A Celebration of Life service will be Saturday, March 17, 2018, from 12-3 p.m., at Peaceful Services, 2325 York Road, Timonium, MD 21093.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to the Autism Society, 4340 East-West Hwy., Suite 350, Bethesda, MD 20814.

I can't begin to express my sorrow over Alex's passing. She was such a great friend to my daughter, Jessica Wolowski Warner. Every time I met her, she had such a beautiful smile that made everyone happy. My prayers to all of her family for such a tragic loss.
