I remember her teaching me how to make apple plechinta (?), on the dining room table when I was 15 years old, without a recipe, all off the top of her head, still don't know how to make it.!

Will never forget her outlasting all of us walking around Expo '86 for 14 hours. Crazy lady wouldn't stop. Then the next day cooked and baked all day for us. Love you always Bunica!
