TILLIE LIPON February 18, 1916 November 2, 2011 Tillie Lipon, age 95, passed away at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina, with her family by her side. Tillie is survived by her sons, Bill (Delores), and Art; sisters, Betty and Eva; grandchildren, Terresa (John Van Domselaar), Georgina (Patrick) Byrne, Stephanie (Doug) Antonio, Alan Gigi (Bev) Lipon, Dr. James Leslie (Cynthia) Lipon, Gary William Lipon; great-grandchildren, Devin, Nadia, Elizabeth, Timothy, Alex, Donovon, Zoe, Lucia, Mia, Remi and Quincy. Tillie was predeceased by her husband, George, on December 4, 2005; her parents, Stanca and Jennie Danchuck; her brothers, Alec, Nick and Bill; her sisters, Mary, Ann, Catherine, Katy and Lena. George and Tillie were married in 1936 and started farming at Stonehenge, Saskatchewan, where two sons blessed the union. In 1942, the family moved to Regina. Prayers will be held at St. George Orthodox Cathedral, 2005 Edgar St., Regina on Friday, November 4, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. George Orthodox Cathedral on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. officiated Rev. Fr. Cosmin Sicoe and V.R. Fr. Daniel Nenson. Interment at Riverside Memorial Park, 815 Assiniboine Avenue E., Regina at 3:00 p.m. Following the interment, a time a fellowship will be held at the church.
