Corey Jermel Douglas, 49, Lebanon, passed away Monday, Nov. 19, 2018 in Danville.
He was born on Feb. 20, 1969 in Lebanon.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Robert "Mitchell" Bell.
Survivors include: his wife, Taneasha Boswell Douglas of Lebanon; eight sons, Marquis Douglas, Damien Yantis, Dominique Yantis, all of Lebanon, Corrion Hazelwood of Frankfort, Keandre Allen of Lexington, Ayden George of Greensburg, Jamarrion Calhoun, and Cordelle Douglas, both of Lebanon; three daughters, Jasmine Covington of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Ambrianna Brady of Springfield, and DeShaila Newby of Lebanon; mother, Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Douglas of Lebanon; five brothers, Robert Bell of Louisville, Michael Douglas, Tony Douglas, both of Lebanon, DeWayne Adams of Louisville, and Emmit Cowherd (God brother); five sisters, Crystal Adams, Tiffany Adams, Yolonda Bell, all of Lebanon, Mary Cowherd (God sister), and Denise Jones (God sister); six grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 25, at Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, with interment in Ryder Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Alfonzo Porter, Raymond Furmon, Derek Hayden, Michael McElroy, Donnie Hazelwod, and Dave Bell.
Bosley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
