Elizabeth Ann Pratt, known to all who knew her as Ann, passed away early on this New Year's Day morning, the 1st of January, 2021. Ann was known as a pioneer in Waldorf Education. She founded the Pine Hill Waldorf School in Wilton, NH in 1972 where she taught for over ten years as a Kindergarten and then a grades teacher. Ann then pursued her mission to initiate other Waldorf Education endeavors around the U.S.
Ann was married to her beloved husband Swain Pratt for 58 years until his death in 2012. She is survived by her two daughters, Laura Pisapia and Alice Pratt, her sister Charlotte Dukich, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Ann will be remembered for inspiring countless Waldorf students, teachers and colleagues, for her love and interest in people and in the world around her and for her creative and indomitable spirit!
