Allen and I went to high school together , we played tuba in marching band and concert band. He told me he had a 65 Mustang. At that time, I owned a 69 Camaro. We hit it off after that. There were many cars and each had it's own story. Allen was always there to lend mechanical advice and I seemed to have a part he needed to complete a project. Above all else, we were friends.There was marriage, divorce,and all that adult life could throw at you. I learned through him that hard work and dedication would get you farther than a cheap short cut or lazy way out.Thanks for the good times, my friend.

I will never forget one of the most important things Allen ever told me when he was my EMT instructor. "Don't sweat the small stuff,and it's all small stuff!" He will be missed. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
