Nancy and Family:
I was so sorry to hear about Bob. I remember the days we would play golf and come home to a home cooked meal by Bob. I also recall the day he came over and repaired my steps and I must say the job was perfect.
You are in my thoughts and prayers

Bob - I wish I had the words that would provide you peace. I will always remember the tales you shared of the adventures you enjoyed with your Dad. He was truly more than a father; he was a good friend, a steady hand, and a comfort to you. You just always knew, no matter what happened, he was on your side. May you find comfort that his suffering is over, even though I know you will miss him very much.

Nancy, you and your family are in our prayers. God's word has always brought comfort to me. Rev:21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

We were blessed to know Bob as a friend through square dancing. He always had a smile and something witty or positive to add to every conversation. He will be very missed.

Although I did not know Bob as well as I did Nancy, I can relate to the sadness one has in a loved one's absence.
May God in His omnipotent way give each of you the strength that comes from the knowledge of the Peace of the Resurrection.

HELLO FOLKS,
IN YOUR BEREAVEMENT, ALLOW ME TO INJECT A BIT OF HISTORY THAT SOME OLDSTERS OF KIN MIGHT RELATE TO. --
MY PRESENT AGE IS 88 YEARS OLD. I WORKED FOR HIS FATHER, BILL KINDEVATER FOR A LONG TIME AS HIS HELPER ON A VIRGINIA DAIRY MILK TRUCK. HIS ROUTE WAS ON CHURCH HILL. IN FACT IT WAS ON HIS MILK ROUTE THAT HE MET HIS WIFE, MAE. BILL HAD A RELATINE WHO ALSO HAD A MILK ROUTE AT THE DAIRY. HIS LAST NAME WAS UPDIKE. I STAYED AT THAT DAIRY FOR 20 YEARS, THEN MOVED TO FLORIDA.
WHEN READING THE WONDERFUL THINGS SAID ABOUT HIS SON, IT WAS LIKE AS IF IT WAS FOR THE BILL KINDERVATER THAT I SO ADMIRED, & ENJOYED BEING ASSOCIATED WITH. I SEE BILL PASSED HIS WONDERFUL GENES ON TO HIS SONS.
MOST RESPECTIVELY

Unfortunately I met Mr. Kindervater under sad circumstance, but I am so glad that I got the chance to know him. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was always so much fun to talk to. I looked forward to seeing him at each of his chemo treatments. I admired his relationship with Nancy as she would sit through all his treatments with him and they would hold hands. I will miss seeing him, though I am sure he is in a much better place now. I pray God will comfort his family and friends now, esp. Nancy..... Kimie

A son could not ask for a better father, teacher, or friend. I will forever cherish the memories of the time we spent together in the field, on the water, working on projects together, or just talking. I could never thank you enough for the life lessons and the values you taught me. You were always there for me no mater what the situation I could always count on you to have the answer. I will miss our time together more than words will ever describe. You’re Loving Son Robbie
