I have known Mr. Stefanik almost all my life. Always had a joke and a smile to brighten the day. He was one of my mentors during my childhood, and I thank him for that.

Memories of you are heavy on my mind
You were a great uncle; the very best kind
Always a smile and a “what can I getcha?”
A helping hand and a “you betcha”

Thank you for your kindness, your love, and your attention
And just one more thing that I’d like to mention,

Between you and me, your plan worked out fine
And I know that you know we had a good time
Thank you for giving me that great memory
Forever in my heart is where you’ll always be

Say hello to my cousin and I miss him real bad,
Tell him thank you for giving me time with his dad

I cherish every moment we spent in Johnstown with all of you, and although Uncle Tony won’t be there to greet us anymore, his love and warmth lives on in all of you, and I know it will still feel like home.

All our prayers for peace in your heart,
All our love for you every day,
"Chrissy" and family

Donna, Ron, Teri, Justin, Anthony & Family,

Our sorrow is so great at the passing of our special brother-in-law, Tony. We were so glad having him in our family. I will miss his gentle nature, his sense of humor, his passion for listening and truly caring about what we were saying. Tony made us feel at home and truly special when we visited Johnstown. I can hear him say, “Eat, eat. Did you eat enough?” We always seemed to leave Johnstown a few pounds heavier than when we got there. We all feel Tony left us too soon, but God had Tony’s home ready for him in heaven. Every time I hear a Polka, I will smile and know that he is dancing in heaven with the angels and saints. Tony will be missed forever; just as those we loved who went before him. I may never see his loving face again, but I know he is just a thought away and that brings me peace.

All my love, all my prayers,

Ed Barto

Donna and family,
Shocked and stunned to hear about Tony's passing. My fondest memories of Uncle Tony are when I was a little girl, he used to tease me a lot. I know he will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with you at this time of sorrow.

Godmom:
The winds of time have sent us all in different direction, but our love has always traveled together. Today I embraced the memories of times with you and Uncle Tony and feel so very blessed. The love I have for him runs so deep I feel like I lost another Dad. No matter how busy his own life was he ALWAYS had time for me and my sons. He was the so selfless and so full of love. Remember my red bike, I was on top of the world! Know that you,Ronnie,Sissy and their families are forever in my heart and daily in my prayers. God and your men will keep you safe - now and forever. The best way to show your love for Uncle Tony is to do your best can in whatever you do and be the happiest you can throughout your life. All my Love All my Life Your Godchild Rosie I LOVE YOU ALL !

I'll always remember the first time I met Tony in Guam. We always had a few beers whenever we got together. I wish that I had the chance to be with him more often. I will miss him very much.

Aunt Donna Teri and Ronnie,

Some of my favorite memories as a little boy have Uncle Tony in them. As a young man, when I would come back to Johnstown for a visit, I always looked forward to having a beer or two with my Uncle. He never failed to take the time to spend with me. Now my heart is so sad. I have a picture of Uncle Tony from my wedding, taken many years ago, that will always be on the wall in my house. He was smiling...... My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My Uncle Tony was one of the best people I have ever known. He never had a bad word to say about anyone, and always encouraged us to forgive when we were hurt by someone. He will be missed by so many, but most of all by those who loved him best.

Donna, Joe, Terri and Justin:

No words can express how kind your husband/father and grandfather was. I knew him from GJYL and he always had a smile on his face and always cheered on each player. He surely will be missed and no that you all are in my thoughts and prayers - God Bless all of you and know that he is an angel watching over all the players, coaches and parents as they continue playing. Take Care.
