Dad, I know you have always believed I was a strong cookie, however losing you has made me realise I'm not as strong as you thought! You were the glue that held me together with mum and the love and happiness you have given us over our lives is more than any child can imagine. I am working hard to be the strong cookie, but this pain is the worst in my life - you are and always will be my world and I know you will find comfort knowing I will look after mum for you forever, she may not have the very best that you gave her for all the years but I will try and live up to you and continue to do you proud. Everyone believes they had the best father, and I'm not one for bragging but you truly were one of a kind and the most loving father anyone could ask for.
