MARY BARBARA VIRGINIA age 71, Howell area resident since 1972, formerly of Warren, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2017. She was born July 16, 1945 in Detroit, the daughter of the late George and Virginia (Dziarmaza) Banister. Beloved partner of sixteen years Wendy Robertson of Howell, cousin of Arlene Weichel of Roseville. Extended family members, Pat Pagel, Linda Robertson, Vicki Robertson, Tracy and Bob Lorenz, nieces and nephews, Katlyn, Robbie, Riley and Kylie; many other family members, to numerous to mention. Mary's career consisted of working at Hartland Lumber, Erb Lumber in Howell and Brighton, Village Hardware in Pinckney, Meldrum Brothers Nursery in New Baltimore and currently owned Touch of Country Mall with her partner, Wendy. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Hardy United Methodist Church, 6510 E. Highland Road, Howell Burial in Riddle Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at MacDonald's Funeral Home, Howell (517-546-2800).
