Albert A. Kranich

1960 - 2023

We are sad to announce Albert A. Kranich, 63 passed away on April 4, 2023 after a 16 year battle with Leukemia. Albert was born on January 5, 1960 in Stockton, CA to Ervin and Paula Kranich.
In Albert's teens he was a Sea Scout Cadet at Port of Stockton aboard the ship "Challenger." After graduating from Edison High he joined the United States Navy. In 1983 he married Charlene Lusk. In 1984 he obtained his Airframe and Powerplant License from the Federal Aviation Administration.
Albert worked for Hemet Valley Flying Service proudly maintaining the U.S. Forest Service Air Attack fire retardant tanker planes.
Albert was a longtime member of Lodi Tokay RC Modelers Club. He loved building RC Airplanes and flying them all with his sons and grandchildren.
Albert was truly a great man whose impact will be forever felt by his family.
Albert is survived by his wife Charlene, mother Paula Kranich, sons Greg (Brandi) Kranich, Allen Kranich, and daughter Pamela Cachu. Grand- children; Alaura Greg, Michael Jr., Makayla, Canyon, and Tallon. Sister-in-laws Kathy Lusk, Kim (Dave Bender). And his beloved Dog "Piper Cub Kranich."
He is preceded in death by his father Ervin Kranich, brother Wayne Kranich, brother-in-laws Keith Lusk, Jim C. Lusk, and nephew Shad Lusk.
On May 6, 2023 Tokay RC Modelers will be dedicating the "The Fallen Pilot" plaque in his memory.
At a later date to be announced his son Allen will be doing a "Tribute Skydive" at SkyDance SkyDiving, Davis, CA for all his family and friends to attend.
