Sadly, we lost our beloved Debra Ann Clark, of Lodi, on January 5, 2021 at the age of 59. Debra was born November 22, 1961 in Sacramento, California to Jack and Darlene Clark. She graduated from Casa Roble High School in 1979 and then obtained a degree from Heald Business College. Debra enjoyed her career as a dedicated legal secretary. She was a member of the Stockton-San Joaquin Legal Secretaries Association, holding many positions including President. She attended St. Anne's Catholic Church and remained faithful throughout her life.
Debra was preceeded in death by her parents, Jack and Darlene Clark; grandparents; her beloved aunt, Diana Kirsten; and her unborn son. She is survived by her children, Tiffany Timmerman, Jacob Timmerman (Ashley), Laci Clark (Tony), and Elisha Lower (Eric). She was a devoted Mimi to Ethan, Anna Joy, Violet Skye, TJ, Tony, Evan, Devin, and Kailani. Debra was the beloved sister to Don Clark (Anne Marie), Maryann LaGrande (Brent), Tara Clark, and Todd Clark (Deana). She was the treasured aunt to Logan LaGrande (Lauren), Katrina LaGrande, and Tyler Clark. Debra will be greatly missed by her partner, Doug Smith. Additionally Deb will be greatly missed by her extended sisters, Sharon Kocher (Mike), Lorna Witheral (Dave), and their families. Her cousins were too numerous to count, but held a very special place in her heart and will miss her greatly.
Debra was the life of the party. Always in stilettos, Debra loved to sing, dance, and gamble. She lived life to the fullest and in doing so, brought joy, light and laughter to all that were blessed to know her. She made many lifelong friendships and will be deeply missed.
The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors that treated Debra with dignity and grace during her final days. Additionally, the family will be forever grateful for the love, support, and friendship that Randy and Julie Thomas have always shown Debra. Special Thanks to Cousin Lynn Locke for helping with the many difficult details following Debras passing. We are forever grateful.
The family will hold a private memorial. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Debra's memory to the Salvation Army, P.O. Box 1388, Lodi, California 95241.

Debra, such a vibrant soul. I can hear your laugh and see you dancing. You were the loudest and the life of the party with a drink in one hand and a smoke in the other. You were a friend, mentor and mom all wrapped into one and I thank you for all those years. Laci told me I have an angel watching over us during our own battles and I truly believe that. Dance with the angels and give my Dad a big kiss from me.
To the family, may you all have comfort during this difficult time but know she provided you the foundation for you to be strong and to carry out her legacy.
I send my love and prayers to you all!

Nothing but warm memories of this lady. Had the pleasure of meeting her through my friend “Roxxy” and quickly found myself invited to hang out and play music on Debra’s front porch. Always inviting and a joy to be around, if she was present it was certain there was fun and laughter to be had. I will miss her beautiful spirit.

I am so sorry to hear about Debra. I met her through the Stockton-San Joaquin LPA and enjoyed many conferences, crab feeds and meetings with her. She was truly the life of the party. Unfortunately, I didn't know she was ill until after she passed. She will remain in my thoughts.

I am forever grateful to have met and become fast "sisters from another Mister" with Deb. She was not the life of the party, she WAS the party! Quick to laugh and always ready to help, she was truly a bright light in the world. I will forever miss you, my friend, until we meet again... Liz

I will truly miss Debra and her fun loving spirit. She was a tall, blonde bombshell that was a force to be reckoned with. She loved music and was a fan of us girls playing music. What a blessing! Love you my friend!

That breaks my heart I went in to meet Randy Thomas to see if he was the right attorney for me as soon as I met Deborah Clark and Randy I knew I was in the right place . Throughout my case I would get so mad and fired up but Deborah said call me I will talk you off the ledge she said. And sure enough she would calm me down. it felt like I had known her for along-time but barely met her. she was a strong woman standing tall with a big heart I am Grateful to have met her. my heart goes out to her family and friends she will be missed
