James "Jimmy" Leroy Cain of Lodi, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on March 22, 2021. Jimmy was born on October 16, 1965 to James Cain Sr. and Margie Cain in Sacramento, CA. He was raised in and lived his life in the Lodi and Sacramento areas. Jimmy was passionate about his auto body work and rebuilding classic cars. He could turn any bucket of rust into a beautiful piece of art. Jimmy was known and loved by many and will be especially missed by his children and grandchildren.
Jimmy is preceded in death by his father, James Cain, Sr.; mother, Margie Cain; sister, Carolyn Cain-Hall; and nephew, Adam Ramirez. He is survived by his children, Amanda Cain of Elk Grove, Joseph Cain of Manteca, Dakota Cain of Reno, Nathan Cain (Elsie) of Chico, Alex Cain of Elk Grove, and Bryan Grace of Reno; his grandchildren, Joseph Angele-Cain, Kylind Cain, Gregorio Bruno-Cain, Adam Cain, Amelia Cain, and Aria Cain; siblings, Dina Dias (Paul) of Sonora, Deeda Mendoza of Sacramento, Jason Cain of Lodi, and Anthony Cain of Sacramento; nieces, Ruby Ramirez, Jamie Lindenfield, Brittany Mendoza, Meagan Gevara and Jana Gevara-Pledger; and nephews, Armando "Eric" Charles, Seth Garza, Eslick "Will" Gevara, Eli Cain, Joshua Cain, Adrian Carillo and Jayden Carillo; as well as many other extended family and friends.
There will be a celebration of life held for Jimmy on April 10, 2021. Details to be announced.

Jimmy was always down to party no matter what we had a lot of good times together and i know he would go out of his way if i ever called him for anything.always making me laugh love you Jimmy Cain

Rest easy cool jay!! You are truly missed by so many, it still doesn't seem real! You were the life of the party always making jokes even up to your last days. I'm just glad you are no longer in any pain, keep watch over everyone love ya man.
