LEROY "LEE" METTLER Obituary
Leroy lived his life on Alpine Road with the love of his life, Melinda (Lindi) Jory and his two children, Jon and Amy. He farmed the land around their home until his retirement.
Lee was an amazing Papa to his 4 grandchildren, Jared, Allie, Angelina, and Tally and, in his later years, a great-grand-papa to Lilly and Joey.
Lee was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Ida, his sister Jeanette, his beloved Lindi and his son, Jon. He is survived and missed by many friends and family, especially his daughter Amy (Joe) Bondanza, his grandchildren Jared Mettler, and Tallene Mettler (great granddaughter Lilly) (Jon), Allie (Ryan) Mettner, and Angelina (Dustin and great grandson, Joey) Bushman (Amy).
A celebration of life will be Thurs. Nov. 13, 1:00pm, at Mettler Winery.

Leroy was a great friend. I was in his wedding party with Jim Beckman and Sonny Staton. We used to have a lot of fun out at his family farm on Alpine Road. We will miss him and all the good times we previously had with him.

I will miss you lots Mr. Mettler. You will forever hold a special place in the hearts of the entire Petersen family. You instantly became our Lodi family when we joined you on Alpine Rd. You and Lindi were the best neighbors and beyond grateful to have shared part of our life with you both!!
