Mary Myers, 89 of Lodi, went to be with the Lord on October 31st, 2021. Mary was born in Sledge, Mississippi to Willie and Elsie Bowles on September 18th, 1932. She married Clyde Myers, Sr. on October 8th, 1949 in Dundee, MS. She worked as a housekeeper at Lodi Memorial Hospital for more than 20 years. Mary loved the Lord and was a member of the Missionary Baptist faith for over 60 years.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Clyde Myers Sr.; brothers, James Bowles, Doris Bowles and Charles Bowles; and sisters, Marie Evans, Hazel Dye and Faye Aguero.
Mary is survived by her children, Clyde "P-wee" Myers, Jr. (Tawnya), Dianne Merrihew (Robert) and Bobby Myers (Joyce); grandchildren, Melissa Massengale, Mitchell Dolan, Andrew Myers, Tonja Hewitt and Tara Myers; and great grandchildren, Madilyn Dolan, Andrew James Myers, David Clark, Caleb Hewitt, Madi Millikin, Haley Hewitt, Carrington Smith and Canaan Myers.
Visitation will be held from 1 - 4 p.m. on Thursday, November 11th at Cherokee Memorial Chapel, 831 Industrial Way, Lodi.
The celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 12th at Woodbridge Missionary Baptist Church, 673 East Woodbridge Road, Woodbridge, CA with Pastor Frank Palmer and Pastor Fred Marchand of Woodbridge Missionary Baptist Church and the Eastside Missionary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.
Mary was truly loved by all who knew her and will be truly missed.

I hadn´t had the pleasure of ever meeting Mary but I can say she raised a wonderful son. I´ve known P-Wee for about 40 plus years and I´m certain he was a lot like his Mother. My condolences to P-Wee and the entire Myers Family
