Iva Jacobs, 82, formerly of Lodi passed away Friday, July 9, 2010 with her loving family at her side. She was born February 23, 1928 in Grandfield, Oklahoma and was a resident of Las Vegas, NV for the past 12 years.
She worked 19 years at Pollard's Chicken Kitchen where she made many wonderful friends.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years and 9 months, Ernest O. Jacobs, son, Bobbie Jacobs, and daughter Gail Jacobs.
She is survived by her daughters, Margie (Mike) Besaw of Washington and Susan (Jim) Blumer of Las Vegas.
Sister, Louise Cox of Yuma, AZ, Brother-In-Law, Howard Jacobs of Las Vegas and Sister-In-Law, Judy Jacobs of Ashdown, AR.
Grandchildren, Kimberly (Mike) Hancock of Modesto. James and Donald Blumer of Las Vegas. Five Great Grandchildren, Sarah and Rebecca Hancock, Jennifer Rollins (Clifton) Usery of Virginia Beach, VA and James and Symphony Blumer.
Numerous nieces, nephews and many loving friends.
Visitation will be Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm at the Donahue Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 2:00pm at Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery.
