Deirdre Ann (nee Spillane) Noonan

Sloatsburg - June 14, 1965 - August 25, 2018

Deirdre Ann Noonan, nee Spillane of Sloatsburg, NY went to the Lord on August 25, born June 14, 1965 in Woodside, NY.

Deirdre is survived by her loving husband Michael J. Noonan, Jr. and her beautiful twin boys Declan and Brandon, the loves of her life. She is also survived by her mother Agnes Spillane and predeceased father John Spillane. Also survived by her mother-in-law Kathleen Devine and father-in-law Michael J. Noonan, Sr.; her brothers Kevin, Desmond and her twin brother, Brendan; sisters-in-law Bonnie, Vanessa, Marian and Deirdre; brother-in-law John Thielsen; nieces Savannah, Amanda; her nephew Miles and wife Andreea; her dear friends Therese, Michelle, Doug and many more friends, cousins and others whose lives she touched.

Deirdre grew up in Queens, NY with many fond memories and trips to Ireland. She attended St. Mary's Winfield School and was very active in her parish, decorating the church each holiday. She graduated from Dominican Commercial High School and studied at NY School of Interior Design. She met her true love Michael, got married and they traveled the world together. Then came their twin babies Declan and Brandon. She loved being a mom and was great at it. Deirdre loved to cook and entertain, her home was her castle and always an open door for all.

She spent a few years as a realtor and enjoyed it and did her job with pride. Next, Deirdre started her own embroidery business 'Sew Fabulous' over 12 years ago and managed being a full-time mom to her busy boys who loved her dearly.

We will all miss Deirdre terribly. Deirdre is an organ donor. She was a loving, caring person, devoted mother, wife, and friend, always thinking of others first. "To know her is to love her."

The wake will be at Sorce Assuma & Shankey Funeral Home, 34 N. Summit Street, Pearl River, NY 10965 on Thursday, August 30 from 2:00 to 9:00 PM. The Funeral Mass will be at Saint Margaret's Church, 115 West Central Ave, Pearl River, NY 10965 on Friday, August 31st at 10:00 AM. Our deepest sympathies to you all. We only heard the news this morning from Marilyn.
Mai was informed but unfortunately her memory has slipped considerably and so we did not hear about Deirdre RIP.
We will remember you all in our prayers.

Taken away too young and too soon from so many of us. You taught us so much and made me laugh. You always came up with the best one liners. I will never forget them or you. I will miss you forever and love you very much. ❤❤
