Friend to Frank: I'm glad to hear she had a very good life. I know her son Frank. Jean would be very proud to know he is a caring, good hearted, and generous person with what he does for others. Frank, my condolences for your loss of your precious mother.

I am so sad to learn of the passing of Jean Dalcerri. She was a close friend of my Mother, they called each other “Sis”. Jean was so kind, so nonjudgmental, so accepting. Her kindness to me and my husband was amazing. My last visit with her was sitting in Jocko’s for lunch, we had a wonderful visit. I know Jean will be missed terribly by her family, those of us who call her family, and many many friends
