I did not know that John had passed until recently. We were close friends in Chicago and worked for the same company, and it was one of the most interesting times of my life. John was always full of life, honest, acted with integrity, and showed great steadiness in the face of several tribulations. I admired him for that. Miss you, my friend.

Dear John, I have been thinking about you and the rest of our family so much lately. Today is your mother's birthday, and I know how she and Bill and Tracey and Bella and Eden are grieving for you. I was there when you were born, and it seems impossible that you left us so soon. I remember you with our grandfather, Baba, and our grandmother, Gamo, and how much they adored you. My mother adored you. It makes me feel better to know you are with them in heaven now, and to know that someday, we will all be together again.

I was very sorry to hear of John's disappearance through the Wheaton alumni magazine. I'll be sending your family a letter of a couple memories, including a program of a musical theater production from John's student days, over Christmas break. I don't want to leave my personal email address on this website, but if you want to be sure I have your correct mailing address, please ask the Wheaton Alumni Office ([email protected]) to send me a message. Heartfelt condolences to all of you.

John was the guy that went out of his way to help you when you needed him. We were lucky to call him our neighbor for many years. The world is a poorer place without him and we'll miss his light.
May God keep you strong and give you comfort in this time, we're here if you need us - Chris, Elisa and Michael

I am so sad with you. John was a great guy. We used to see him training around the neighborhood all the time. I am so sorry for your loss.
