RILEY, MICHAEL PATRICK, 54, passed away June 22, 2013 at Baptist Health.
He graduated from Fern Creek High School, Class of 1977. He previously attended Eastern Kentucky University and was an avid weather watcher and loved his family very much.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James J. Riley and Barbara Morrissey Riley.
He is survived by his daughter, Julie Riblet (Joshua); brothers, Patrick J. Riley and Kevin Riley (Sandy); sister, Debra Greenwell (Joe); grandchildren Joel, Peyton and Zoey.
Memorial service will be 5 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2013 at Owen Funeral Home - Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Visitation is 1-5 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Kevin, I am so sorry to see this. It's been years since I'd seen Mike, but I remember always having fun with your family. I would definitely come to the service but I'm in working in Alaska right now. Please give my condolences to your family. I'm very sorry for your loss.

Mike was a good friend to me an my brother Rick I wasn't fortunate enough to know him as long as Rick but he was a special person an i'm proud to call him my friend,my prayers go out to his family an all those who cared for him
