MASON, WILLIAM JR., 85, of Louisville, passed away October 16, 2013.
Mr. Mason was a retired employee of LG & E with 35 years of service and was also a US Army veteran.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Martine Mason; his son, Sam Mason; siblings, James Randall Mason (Joyce) and Diana Hurt (Lonnie); grandchildren, Josh (Heather) Shane (Christy); and great-grandchildren, Bradley, Austin, Brennen, Audrey, Owen, Layne and Liam.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 12-8 p.m. Sunday and after 11 a.m. Monday until the time of the service.
The family would like to request that memorial donations in Mr. Mason's name be directed to Kosair Charities. Please leave condolences for the family at evergreen-Louisville.com.

Aunt Martine and Sammy we are so sorry for your loss. We know it is hard, but we hope you know that Mammy was waiting for him with open arms! We love you and will miss you Uncle Billy.
