Annice Cagle Tracy

TRACY, ANNICE CAGLE , died Monday, April 9, 2007. at Jefferson Place. Mrs. Tracy was a graduate of Ouachita College and received her master's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Kentucky. During World War II , she was employed by General Electric in Owensboro, KY, where she worked in science technology related to various military uses. She was a charter member of Bouge Banks Baptist Church in Atlantic Beach, NC and Beechwood Baptist Church, a member of the Agape Sunday School class and Crescent Hill Baptist Church, a lifetime member of the Woman's Auxiliary at the Southern Baptist Seminary where she served on the scholarship committee for many years. Mrs. Tracy was a former member of Big Spring and Hurstbourne Country Clubs. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Raymond S. "Bud" Tracy. Survivors include her daughter, Dianne T. Dodgen; her son-in-law, D.P.; three nephews, Paul, Todd and Tracy Cagle and one niece, Melody Gordon. Memorial service to be at noon Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at Pearson's, 149 Breckenridge Ln. Memorial gifts may go to the Raymond S. and Annice C. Tracy Scholarship fund at Cumberland College, 6191 College Station Drive, Williamsburg, KY 40769.
