Heather Anne Pauline

Louisville - Heather Anne Pauline, 37, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2020 while surrounded by her family.

Heather was a graduate of Eastern High School and went on to University of Louisville for her Bachelors Degree in Psychology. She eventually went on to be a homemaker to educate and care for her beautiful son, Grayson.

Heather is survived by Grayson Michael Craig, Catherine Pauline (mother), her brother Chris Pauline (Sarah), Cooper, Hadley Pauline (nephew and niece) and her Grandmother Josephine Adam. She is also survived by Jan Pauline Scholtz (Aunt) and several cousins.

Heather had a great passion for travel and being with family. She would always have her dogs that she rescued around her to love and cuddle with. Memories of her short life will always be in our hearts never to be forgotten.

A private memorial service was held at St. Matthews Episcopal Church on August 7th and her ashes were placed in the memorial gardens with her father (Jon) and deceased grandparents.

I was just heartbroken when I learned that heather had left us !
I worked with her mother when heather was a little girl and Cathy would bring Her to the lab sometimes .
Later as heather grew up she became part of our family, I’m still in shock ! Heather always has a smile to give , and I always enjoyed her company.
Heather sent me a message back in July , we chatted about our sons I could tell Grayson was the love of her life .
Praying for the family and her sweet little boy ! ❤

Just learned of her passing and can only think of a quote she loved by Ralph Waldo Emerson

To laugh often and much; to win the respect of the intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the beauty in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that one life has breathed easier because you lived here. This is to have succeeded.

Cathy, our hearts are grieving for the loss of Heather. She was a lovely light and my mind and heart is flooded with memories of her joyful spirit. Please know that I am in prayer for you and your family and am so sorry for your loss. I know our Creator is embracing and holding your precious daughter this day and I pray that God will hold you close in the shelter of his wings, and that the rock of his foundation will be your support. Lean on his everlasting arms and the presence of his Spirit. Heather and all of you are surrounded by an enduring love that death cannot separate. With much love,
Beth Ryan
