NOBLE, JASON BINGHAM, 40, died August 4, 2012, at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

He was a 1989 graduate of duPont Manual Magnet High School and continued his education at the Maryland Institute College of Art.

Jason was an accomplished artist, filmmaker and musician. His obsession with the independent music and art community was legendary. He worked as a graphic designer, guest columnist for the LEO, and was also a manager at ear X-tacy records. His knowledge and appreciation of science fiction, comic books/graphic novels, film, and music was impressive. Jason performed and recorded with King G and the J Krew, Rodan, Rachel's, Shipping News and Per Mission. His publications included Crossbow and Public Noise / Private Noise.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Kristin Furnish-Noble and their furry son, Miles; loving parents, Jeree and Rod Patterson, Perry and Sharon Noble, and Guy and Denise Furnish; grandparents Mary Patterson and Peggy Noble; brothers, Tim, Simon, Jeff, Greg, Kyle, Christian, Edward, Todd, and Jonathan; sisters, Kerri, Lisa, Tara, Ashley, Lethia, Rachel, Eve, Erin, and Reba Lee; beloved aunts, uncles and cousins; niece Zinnia and superhero Leo.

A gathering in Jason's honor will be held from 1-4 p.m., September 2, 2012 at the Clifton Center, 2117 Payne Street, Louisville, KY.

Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
