Born June 11th, 1929 to Clifford and Mary Franke (Goins) Woosley, sister to Howard Woosley, Pauline Lindsey (Deceased), Clarence Woosley (Deceased), Hazel Woosley (Deceased), Janette Wilson, and Bettie Warren (Tom).

She married Wavie Vincent of Brownsville, KY in 1946. Wavie preceded her in death in 1995.

She was the precious mother to Joe Edward Vincent (Phyllis) of Frankfort, Kentucky. Timothy Martin Vincent (Michelle) of Louisville, Kentucky. Deborah Leah Vincent of Horse Cave, Kentucky.

Mrs. Vincent is the Grandmother of Jennifer Wertzler (Brian), Kevin Vincent, Courtney Eatmon (Tigh), Lauren Vincent (Rocco), Jared Vincent (Stephanie), Henry Vincent, Ashley Jeffries (Joe), Timothy Belcher, Jeremy Belcher (Kelli), and Lisa Belcher-Carpenter preceded her in death.

Mrs. Vincent has 8 Great Grandchildren. Storm, Charley, Tyler, Reagan, Madison, Kadie, Gabrielle, and Brantley.

Mrs. Vincent attended Cane Run General Baptist and Dover Chapel General Baptist, where she was a faithful member of the choir. She has most recently attended The Open Door Baptist Church.

Mrs. Vincent studied Cosmetology and worked in her own salon, Vincent Coiffures, until the age of 72. She frequently went to the funeral home to style her clients hair for their last time. She always said it was the last nice thing she could do for them.

Her funeral will be on Saturday at 12:30 pm at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with interment following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be on Friday from 2pm until 8pm.

Mrs. Vincent was greatly loved and honored by her Children and Grandchildren. She was a lovely Christian lady, who was known to be a wonderful prayer warrior for her family and friends. She will be so dearly missed
