Throughout his 20 months of life he impacted countless people with his infectious and vivacious smile. He is proceeded in death by his wonderful Great Grandparents Leonard & Cornell Thompson and Roger & Rita Schweitzer. He also leaves behind numerous loving and caring Nurses, Doctors and Staff that he loved and adored from Norton Woman's and Children's NICU & ER, The Kidz Club and Cincinnati Children's PICU/Floor A7. Oakley better known as "Tater Tot or Oakie" will be greatly missed by many people that he has met and some of which he has not because of his genuine smile.
