Ohlman, Patricia Josephine McLean,

of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Oaklawn Healthcare.

Born in Brisbane, Australia to the late Patrick W. and Annie I. Clune McLean, Patricia was retired as a Licensed Practical Nurse; a member of St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church; the ; and the Kentucky Nursing Association.

When World War II broke out in 1939, she stayed at home to take care of her mother. She met her future husband in 1944 and married in 1945. In 1946, she came to America to be with her husband and were married 50 years prior to his passing away. There were many moments to be proud of, such as her family, laughter, singing and dancing. Her proudest moment was when her daughters were born.

Preceding her in death, other than her parents, was her husband, Maurice Korbe Ohlman.

Remaining to cherish her memory are her daughters, Rita Ohlman Martin (Vic) and Nancy Ohlman Brewer; a foster daughter, Donna Swift Hayden; grandchildren, Jena Martin (Mike), Kyle Ohlmann (Belinda), Damon Ohlman (Daisy), and Ethan Brewer (Shaney); as well as her great grandchildren, Patricia, Ashley, Michael, Joshua, Megan, Kyleah, and Caleb.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM Saturday, August 26, 2017 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 5505 Bardstown Road, with burial to follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Mount Washington, KY. Visitation will be 2 - 8 PM Friday, August 25, 2017 at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road.
