Gladys Inez (Deason) Moore of Sellersburg, IN went Home to be with her Heavenly Father on 11/26/17. She was a former Elementary School Teacher & Locally-known Artist. She was preceded in death by her Parents-Thomas & Velva Deason and her Loving husband of more than 50 years-Richard "Dick" Moore.

She is survived by her sister Rosa Watson (Jack) of Indianapolis, son Tom Moore (Sherri) of Charlestown, IN, Granddaughter-Annie Gregory (Erik) of Louisville and many Loving Nieces & Nephews.

The Family would like to pass along a Heartfelt THANK YOU to Gladys' Caregivers during her last days-Ann, Peggy & Marvena.

Per Gladys' request, there will be no Viewing or Memorial Service.

On-Line condolences may be directed to the Website of Seabrook Dieckman Naville Funeral Homes-New Albany, IN.

Interment will occur in the Moore Family section of Maumee Cemetery, Johnson, IN (Family Members only).

Expressions of Sympathy may be directed in her name to the Shamrock Foundation-Louisville, KY, shamrockpets.com

On behalf of the Floyd County Art Crit Club in New Albany, IN I want to express our heartfelt sympathies to Gladys Moore's family for the loss of a lovely lady. Gladys was a smart, talented person who shared her remarkable paintings with our club for many years. Her friendship will be missed by many.
