Millie was a wonderful lady and a staunch supporter of the Chelmsford Police Department even though as a young child she lost her father Officer Donald Adams during a violent arrest. I am forever grateful for the support she gave me and my department during my tenure as Chief of Police. May she Rest In Peace.
