It´s been a long year, but our nephew Nathan and his parents Ken and Linda, along with Marsha and other family members, continue to bring up Serenity in the way Stephanie would have wanted. God bless all of them for their love and devotion.

Stephanie was smart, dedicated and fiercely competent. I always knew that she would take care of everything when I handed over a piece of work. We frequently crossed paths and she always had a smile. Her absence will be felt when we return to the office.

As Stephanie's Harvard Medical School colleague for 15 years I want to extend my deepest sympathies to Nate, Serenity and the rest of Stephanie's family. We are shocked and saddened by her passing. Stephanie was funny, empathetic and incredibly good at her job. Her research focused on understanding the biology of cancer and how it might be better diagnosed and treated. She made important to contributions to multiple projects in this area and was deeply respected by everyone who worked with her. We will miss her skill and dedication. Stephanie was someone who made a real difference.

Stephanie, I always enjoyed chatting with you during our walks with Henry and Kellen. It's surreal that not even a couple of weeks ago we were enjoying the warm weather and talking about Serenity. I wish you were here. Rest peacefully, Stephanie. I know you'll watch over your sweet family ❤❤❤❤

I am shocked and deeply saddened by the news. Stephanie was such a good friend and college at work. She had a great sense of humor and I will really miss doing crossword puzzles at lunch with her and Kathy. She helped me so many times with animal work and was one of the most patient teachers. She will be dearly missed by everyone at HMS who knew her.
