Carol (Arentson) Sousley was born June 22, 1953, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Carol was a dual citizen of both the USA and Canada until she turned 18. She married Rick Sousley on June 14, 1975, at Houston, Texas. Carol retired from the Beechnut Post Office in Houston. She is survived by her husband, Rick; mother, Ellen Arentson, of Pinecrest Community in Lufkin; and siblings, Jane Peacock (Alan) of Tampa, Florida, and Ken Arentson (Sue) of Des Moines, Iowa. A memorial service will be held at Pinecrest Retirement Community, 1302 Tom Temple Drive in Lufkin, Texas, on Tuesday, March 18, at 10 a.m., in the chapel.

I am sorry for your loss. It is my loss too, I loved Carol like a sister. We joined outdoor women's org. And had so much fun on our trips. I will miss her too and I will pray for her. When I moved to Oregon I was sad to say goodbye.
