Elaine was the most wonderful women i knew i also thought of her as a second mom we had so many fond memories elaine and her daughters would come over and go swimming in our pool when we lived in st clair shores Elaine also took her daughters and my brothers kevin david & i horse back riding We had so much fun My dad Bob Tarpley was also very active at the VFW He became commander My dad died 12/19/2000 then My little brother Kevin Died 2/5/2001 I just now found out Elaine Died I just want to let you know how much we all loved her She will always be in my heart & prayers Jackie (Tarpley ) Sheppard
